Terms and Conditions
Wedding Photography
1. The acceptance of the photographer of the booking
outlined by the customer is based on the acceptance by the Customer
of the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
2. When signing the Wedding Booking Form the Bride
and Groom and/or their authorised agents assign Allan Lewis Photography
exclusive rights to photograph the wedding outlined in the booking
form.
3. In signing the booking form the customer (person
signing the booking form) also assigned the copyrights of any and
all the photographs to the photographer.
4. In assigning the Copyright it is understood that
no photographs may be copied or reproduced by any means photographic
or otherwise by any person or machine other than by the Photographer
or his appointed agents.
5. It is understood that all the original negative
materials remain the property of the Photographer.
6. It is understood that the Photographer reserves
the rights to use the photographs taken at the Customer's wedding
in window displays and to generally promote the Photographer's business
in advertising, brochures, magazine articles and other such material
providing that the images used are used lawfully and without damage
to the Customer.
7. The use of such photographs shall be without
payment to the Customer.
8. It is understood that any fees or deposits paid
at the time of booking shall be forfeited in the event of cancellation
by the Customer.
9. It is understood that in the event of cancellation
by the Photographer any fees and deposits so paid will be returned
to the Customer.
10. All preview prints remain the property of the
Photographer and are loaned to the Customer for a four week period.
Should any prints become lost or damaged while in the charge of
the Customer, the Customer will be charged for those missing or
damaged at the full portrait price.
11. Due to the technical limitations of the photographic
process, exact colour matches within a subject cannot be guaranteed.
12. Although the Photographer and his appointed
agents shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in
the discharge of their duties, it is understood that in the event
of any unforeseen circumstances causing loss of photographic record,
the Photographer will only be responsible for the return of all
monies paid to date although every effort will be made to retake
the photographs.
13. It is understood that any information given
on befalf of the Customer via the website or any other means, will
remain the property of the Photographer, but will note be passed
on to any other parties.
